Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Refund requests and cancellations are handled directly from your Apple account — we cannot process them for you, but we can guide you.

Tell us the subject, the start of the question and what looks wrong. If you have an official source, include it: we verify every report before making a correction.
For your official procedures
We cannot register you for a session, look at your file, or tell you how your nationality application is progressing. Those matters belong to the Service de la formation des adultes and guichet.public.lu.
